Therefore, we can make corrective actions immediately, instead of months of ‘red tape’ working with third-party managers. 

Acquisition Criteria

Vita Senior Living is actively acquiring investment-grade senior living communities based on the following criteria:

• Acuity: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and/or Memory Care
• Location: All Florida Markets
• Community Size: 40 – 140 units 
• Census: Private Pay 
• Operations: Management must be transitioned to Vita Senior Living upon Closing
  • Operations Transfer Agreement required to ensure a smooth transition
